			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Interesting <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2009/TECH/03/31/twitter.fail.whale/index.html" target="_self">tech article </a>that came out today on Twitter&#8217;s ever-increasing adoption and if it&#8217;s growing too fast. (I think it&#8217;s becoming too &#8220;celebritized,&#8221; as once Entertainment Tonight adopts something tech wise, we&#8217;re all worse off!)</p>
<p>I thought what might be interesting is to take a numbers capture of what <strong>mr_bill</strong> at Twitter has right now in terms of followers and see how that number increases over the next 24 hours as he is mentioned by Twitter moniker in the story. Here are his numbers right now below:</p>

Followers: 557 </strong></p>
<p><strong>And I&#8217;ll check in on them again tomorrow at 5:35 CST to see if the CNN story had any effect in terms of making them rise substantially.</strong></p>
<p><strong>And the answer to the headline? I think it would be yes. </strong></p>
