Good for everyone who overcomes circumstances and makes things happen. I count myself in that number. I married at sixteen and a senior in high school. I raised three boys and three girls. My husband was on the road most of the time. In 1971, when my youngest was eleven years old I entered Ivy Tech to become an LPN. Then in 1978 I entered college again to receive my RN. I was not quite done yet, and in 1990, I entered college to receive my Bachelor Degree.
Now I am retired and have the time to pursue my passion. Writing! I have two books in print and one being edited. My obstacle now is to get them in bookstores and out where they are visible. By the way, I started my career when I was forty and worked into my seventies. I am seventy-nine and I desire to one of my books make the grade. Iris VanDeventer-Whitney

Shoved to the curb and left to fend on her own at the age of 14; Dani Glowaski eventually went on to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work.

But God was not welcome nor allowed to be spoken on the job… Not able to do so, Glowaski went on to work for the Archdiocese of St. Paul/ Minneapolis for 8 years.

Back The Truck is a true story of Glowaski’s strength & perseverance. That, combined with her strong faith is what makes this story unique and a must read!

This is Glowaski's first book and is currently working on her sequel… Drive the Truck.
