  1. Thanks for sharing this Nettie — it’s a very helpful article! I’ve noticed a tendency for book publicists to lean more toward book marketing than publicity when pitching their authors’ books and it sometimes concerns me, because it makes it harder for the busy journalist to sort through the visual clutter and figure out “what’s in it for me.”
